About Us The Hispanic Bar Association of Northeast Florida was founded in September 2004 to foster fellowship among Hispanic judges, lawyers and law students and those interested in or doing business with Latin America or Hispanic businesses in the region; provide networking opportunities and a referral source for clients; promote professional development of Hispanic lawyers and law students; educate the Hispanic community about relevant legal issues; educate the general legal and business communities about issues affecting Latin America and Hispanics in the United States; encourage Hispanics to enter the legal profession; participate in community outreach programs through established programs such as Law Week and provide scholarship opportunities; and promote the recognition of Hispanics in leadership positions in federal, state and local government and the judiciary. |
